Baby cold?

I am probably being a little over the top with this but in the last day our son has developed a cough, runny nose and he seems to have lots of plhem.
However his temperature is normal, 37.4 and he has no other symptoms.
Sorry to bother you all but when it comes to him am afraid we will have to pull out all the stops.

How old is he? And it's no bother!

Keep an eye on his temperature. To help his blocked nose:
saline drops squirted up his nose
warm steamy bathroom will also help clear the phlegm.
Patting his back gently to help him cough.
Vaseline on his nose will help stop his nose getting sore.

If he goes off his food, seems lethargic, has a high temperature, has any difficulties breathing, then contact a doctor.
