Is it normal for period to be heavier when you have a bm

Sorry for question but noticed that although my period is near the end having a bm this morning has made flow heavier again temporarily. Is this normal?

bm=poo?

No connection- most people have poos daily and the flow doesn't change because of that.

Assuming you mean poo too.
Would imagine that the act of pushing it out will contract all the muscles in that stomach area and you have probably just dislodged a piece of womb lining that may have broken down over time otherwise.
I would not be concerned.

Oof, note to self. Don't randomly read posts out of curiosity when eating breakfast. Had no idea what bm meant. Do now though????.
