Seborrheic Keratosis . Anyone got any home removal advice?

These unfortunately run in my family and I have started getting a couple on my trunk and back. I know they are not skin cancers and sometimes try to pick them off and apply bio oil but they just come back. I have shown them to a dermatology nurse in the past but she says I will just have to live with them. I'm fed up. In the good old days a GP would of cryothermied them off but no one will touch them now as seen as cosmetic.

Has anyone any home removal advice/ Tips. I have read about apple cider vinegar or wart treatments but not yet tried them.

Thanks in advance.

Will watch with interest, I'm 68, and have a LOT of these! Mostly on trunk, but one on my temple. I've picked a few, but most are not "pickable", my mother had them too.

Watching.

The NHS removed one from my face 12 years ago and now it's come back!
