Perineal piles? (not pregnant!)

Possibly a TMI but that's never stopped me. Is it possible to get piles on your perineum? The @rz'ole is free of the little darlings but my perineum is unbearably itchy and has a squashy blob which feels like a pile. Gone are the days when I was supple enough to check and I have no mirrors . I've used thrush creams to no avail - changed toilet roll and soap powder - no change. I've just never heard of anyone getting piles there. Have I just discovered a new life form or is mine expanding into new horizons? I'm definitely not pregnant & there's no pain.

Yes, vulval varices are quite common in pregnancy but as with piles in general can occur at other times. Ask your pharmacist for a suitable cream and a covered ice pack with reduce swelling. Are you overweight? This won't help, unfortunately.

I think i have one of these. Suffered with piles since my last pregnancy 9 years ago but they dont hurt so have never done anything about them!
I'm pregnant again and am noticing them more now.
They look horrible so will probably speak to my gp after baby is born Confused
