have you ever complained to the health service ombudsman and what was the process like

i am formulating a complaint to the ombudsman about the birth of my daughter, having received a useless response from the hospital to my formal complaint

if you have complained to the ombudsman i would love to know how you found the experience.

i'm finding it odd that i cant send them my original letter, they only want a summary of what happened and then the trust's response.
