Vitamin C supplement for 1yr old - help!

My dd refuses to eat or drink any fruit (bar the occasional avocado) and we are worried about her vit C intake (both in terms of immune system and for iron absorption as we are vegetarian). She eats vegetables incorporated into other things and i know many have reasonable vit C but obviously its not as good as fruit in most cases

I bought some Sambucol for kids but she won't take it, even in milk (and she wont take juice). So i was wondering if anyone knows of a powder supplement that can be added to food (preferably not fruit flavoured!)?

many thanks
alice

Have found a powdered vit c at Holland and Barrett - its meant for adults - do you think i can just reduce dosage (Vit C isnt stored in body anyway is it)?
