hi, although im still bf and hope to carry on for a good few months, i was wondering what my boobs would be like after they have stopped working! I have been told that will shrink (which i would really love as they get in the way at the moment!) but i have to say they never shrank after my first son, although i only fed him for 5 months. He is now 7 but my new ds is 20 weeks and although i am keeping on with feeding him as he has a formula allergy, i am starting to dream of some lovely underwired, pretty little bras again!! am i just dreaming??

I fed my DD1 for a year because of allergy. I too longed to be out of my vast b/feeding bra but it was worth the wait. I think boobs always feel a bit too squashy when you finish feeding but mine have survived pretty well given that I later b/fed DS for 5 mths and DD2 for a year. It's about a year since I stopped and they're still quite high and I've gone down 2 cup sizes and 4 inches around the back. Which is GOOD NEWS!

And now I can wear pretty under-wired bra's again and it's LOVELY!!!!
