E coli Infection

Hi my 16 months and suffering from E coli infection, not eating, vomitting, too much underweight. she took antibiotics and was fine for a week and it cropped up again. she's; again on antibiotics. has anyone had the same problem with ur kids, please help with the remedies

Where is the infection? Is it in her urine?

No it was on her stools. she is getting temperature very often

How is she? My nephew has it. His school has closed for the week.
