Dd is 5 and has this lump on her foot. Almost seems like bone. Could it be an extra bone or ganglion? Please calm me down

is it hot to the touch? swelling aroind otherwise?

Not painful looks slightly red but I think maybe because her shoe runs it. Hasn't complained of any symptoms but I spotted it.

a ganglion is usually more to the top.
looks a bit like that's the area that bumps against bike pedals etc.
I would observe an go to gp if not better on a couple of weeks.
