After 24 years I finally have an appointment with a gynaecologist

Finally!! 24 years of agonising periods, GP after GP throwing hormones at me. The GP has warned me that the gynae probably won't be able to help at all, but I am happy to finally be able to see someone who actually might.

can't imagine putting up with that for so long - wish you all the best and hope you get it sorted out.
