RASHES

I am not worried that it is anything serious, have done the blanche test etc.
How often do your kids get unexplained rashes?

DD had peachy skin for her whole life and in the last year she has come out in all sorts of rashes. Doc always asks about washing powder and then it goes away again. So are rashes really harmless and common or are do they always make you worry?

Mine often did when they were younger, but they've grown out of it now. Washing powder was a favourite, but sweat or overheating would do it. ds1 was lactose intolerant as a baby and used to get a rash on his cheeks but seems absolutely fine now (he's nearly 13).

Of course there are several viruses that cause rashes eg Roseola, Hand foot & mouth etc. If you've done the test and temp not raised she's probably fine.
