What's this sweet taste in my mouth?

I've had it for over 6 months and it comes and goes. Could it be a symptom of diabetes?
It's seemed to start shortly after I cut out sugar and wheat to help my ins

My IBS, I meant. I've reintroduced sweet thing over the past 6 months and wondered if my body has become intolerant of sugar?
I have bad insomnia too!! 2/3 nights a week could they be connected?
