I've had a streaming nose and eyes over weekend, sneezing probably allergy related rather then a cold I think. Then yesterday my head, nose, ears and left side of my face has been throbbing especially my upper gum where my back molars are. It doesn't feel like tooth ache but the roots or nerves of the tooth iykwim. I've been taking ibuprofen and paracetamol but the pain just keeps throbbing even though the rest seems to have eased.I've been a a bit sneezy today but not congested. It's just constant and I feel like crying. How can I ease the pain???

I feel your pain, I had this a few weeks ago. Take something like Actifed/Contac/Sinutab or a generic version - anything containing Pseudoephedrine, its great at clearing your sinuses. Also good old fashioned steam inhalation is supposed to work.
