I think this is a corn or a bunion. Scared to google in case it suggests I need surgery or something. Can anyone advise?

I am not sure but I am going to give the thread a little bump for you.

Bunion

sebsmummy1 · 30/05/2015 12:53

I thought a bunion was on the inside of the foot in the joint that joins the arch to the big toe.

I would say the placement says 'corn' but that looks pretty inflamed so I think you need professional advice.

I don't think you can have a bunion on your little toe, just your big toe.

Looks like a painful corn to me. A chiropodist will remove it for you.

It's called a tailor's bunion or a bunionette on the little toe

pieceofpurplesky · 30/05/2015 13:05

Although does also look like an infected corn

nannyplumislostinspace · 30/05/2015 13:07

It doesn't look like a bunion at all.

It does look like an infected corn. I would go to the GP if I were you.
