Hi - dd had chickenpox 2 weeks ago and it's almost gone - a few faint spots and some scabs but it's pretty much over. However in the last week she has had 3 episodes where she gets large (like 2-4 inches long) red swollen patches on her legs and bottom. They look really bad but she isn't too put out by them. The thing is they fade within one to two hours and then there is NO MARK. You can't even tell they have been there. It has happened twice in nursery and by the time I got there to take her to the GP they had almost faded. They happened once with us this weekend and GP was closed. It may be happening when she is hot, as twice it was just after a nap and once was in the car and it was quite warm. Has anoybody else experienced anything similar? They really are strange - especially as they dissapear without a trace.
She has never had any allergy/exzema or anything before. Could her skin be extra sensitive after CP ? Any advice much appreciated.
