I seem to need an increasing number of supplements just to survive. Apart from sage/soya to see me through the menopause I also take:
Fish oil (without this my joints ache like I am 105)
Vit B (without these my feet tingle)
Kelp (without this my feet crack wide open and I can hardly walk but if I take too much I don't sleep).
I've been tested for thyroid stuff a few times but it always comes back normal.
I've also recently had a stomach bug which has really put my digestion out of sorts, so am taking digestive enzymes with each meal.
I am surviving, so don't really want to bother the doctor, but at the same time can't help wondering if this is some sort of pattern and there is something that I am missing.
Or I am just old and need to accept this...
