tender breast

Am I over reacting? One of my breasts is tender, I can't feel any new lumps or bumps. I know people get tender boobs during pmt and for other reasons but I'm not one of them, should I ignore this?

I wouldn't ignore it. If it doesn't go within a couple of days I'd go see your GP, go now if there is any redness or swelling.

You don't have too have a lump for there to be something wrong. Don't want you to worry though - just not a risk worth taking IMO.

Hope you're feeling better soon

yeah if it persists go see your GP...I had mastitis! That started off as tender breast...nothing sinister but really grateful for the antibiotics!

I had mastitis when bf with first, can you get it when not bf-ing?
