Is what the receptionist in out patients told me today. After i had travelled into dundee (i had cancelled all mindee and DH took the day off) to go to the gynie clinic, only to find my appointment was Monday, not the 9th, as it stated on the card!!
Have waited months for that appointment to come through, and now have to wait for another one to be sent out. Receprionist admitted it was their mistake and made the comment in my title! Grrr
