Would be very grateful to hear what non hormone based treatments / plans have worked for you.
Like so many on here, I turn into a monster, diarised it is so predictably but uncontrollably Pre menstrual. However it's not just about me, my sympathetic but wearing husband and my gorgeous girls deserve better.
I am going to improve my diet, towards a low carb emphasis. I'm 9st, 5ft4, but still, know my intake could be a lot 'better'.
I'm also starting a Yoga programme, rather than just cardio.
I'd love to hear your thoughts - non hormone based pls, as between my GP and I this avenue has been exhausted. SSRIs, pills, etc.
