This is the underside of my large nork. As you can see its disgusting.

To me it looks like maybe the hair follicles are getting blocked and creating these spots but I'm not sure.

Anyone know what they are and how I can get rid of them?

I am overweight but my boobs have always been large and the weight never seems to come off them so dieting (which I'm currently doing) will not be much help!

I wonder if it is caused by sweat and bacteria building up Because of their size. I would try putting talc underneath after your bath/shower to stop the area from being damp. I would leave them alone though (don't squeeze them), it's a dodgy area to mess with.

Go to your GP. It's likely to be a sweat rash but you can also get fungal infections from skin that is sweaty and covered up . You will probably need some prescription type cream. Don't try to treat it yourself other than allowing the air to get to it to try to keep it dry.
