Why are my breasts like this and what can i do

I am 5'3 and i only hsve 28AA breasts i didn't hit puberty till i was 14 and didn't get a period till i was 16 when i was about 17 my breasts started growing large amouts of black hair around the nipple area up to 25 hairs at a time my sister's all have C cup bra's so it isn't hereditary to have small breasts in my family and im terrified i won't be able to breastfeed when i have children because they are so small. should i go to the doctor or is there nothing to be done

breast size has no relation to wether or not you will be able to breastfeed.

the hair might be worth having a wort with your GP about. might be a symptom of an underlying condition?

Ive had hormone blood tests at the fertility clinic currently TTC and nothing showed up my hormones and everything is in check and my ultrasound came back perfect im just not sure if there's anything i can do ive tried massages etc but they do nothing I'd never have breast implants
