5yr old dd, is it thrush?

dd1 has white round her "bits"... there is no discharge, but just a bit sore/red in her labia nad lots of white stuff...
can I use my canesten cream for her?

try sudocream or savlon first?

have previously used nappy rash cream, can't remember waht it's called, but its in a grey tub with red & white label, she said lazily as haven't got the energy to go upstairs and look...
didn't seem to work that effectively but may try again.

Could well be thrush but GP or nurse should check her first to make sure.
