Whats wrong with me!? Empty feeling with stomach pain and shakes.

I woke up this morning and had that empty feeling in my tummy, like extreme hunger, along with what I assumed was hunger pains. Also was shaky and sweaty in the morning, now just a bit shaky. So I ate a banana, bowl of cereal and then 2 Danish pastries and cups of tea. It's not gone away all day, and even after a decent sized lunch I still feel like this. The only other time I've felt like this was when I was massively pregnant and it really was extreme hunger. Help anyone?

What did you have for lunch? As that breakfast you describe is all sugar and may be causing you blood sugar spikes

Protein? Cheese?

And are you upduffed? Grin

It does sound as though your sugar levels are through the roof. Try some scrambled eggs and try and cut down on the carbs.

I bloody better not be upduffed Grin Lunch was carrot & coriander soup with brown bread and a sandwich, then a packet of crisps with water. I feel like I'm going to pass out with hunger Sad

cheese seemed to help, but now I'm back to being that 'starving' way. No idea what's going on, maybe I'm taking a stretch, as my dm used to say Grin

Do you usually eat a lot of carb rich foods? It does sound like your sugar levels are spiking. You should maybe see a GP to have a blood test done.
