Looking for some advice if possible. I've been ill for the past 4-5 days, not really eaten many solids (severe tonsillitis with fever etc - hurt to swallow etc).
Felt a little better last night so ate some raspberries - big mistake, had a very poorly tummy and several trips to the loo last night/this morning. Tried to eat something bland this morning, the same thing happened!
I feel very weak, but that's probably lack of proper food. What can I eat to build up my energy again without it going right through me??
