Why have I felt lightly whoozy all day?

Not actually dizzy, just kind of light headed.

It makes no difference if I'm stood up or lying down. Just constantly light headed with an ever so slight 'wave' to it IYSWIM.

I don't feel ill. My heart isn't racing, I'm not breathing fast. I'm well fed and hydrated. No meds, no booze.

Anyone fancy diagnosing me?

Maybe an inner ear infection, low iron or low blood sugar. You could be coming down with a virus. Hope you feel better soon.

I feel like this when I get labaryinthitis (as PP said an inner ear condition) I liken it to feeling a bit tipsy.
I've never been given anything for it by the gp although have had to take anti sickness tablets if it's particularly bad

Low blood pressure / Low iron / Low blood sugar / Period due?

Hello I'm new here I'm 15weeks pregnant and perfect health but in this pregnancy I've had 2 seizures wondered if anyone else has experienced this as I haven't been told much apart from I'm getting forwarded to the neurologist

thanks for the suggestions guys. I woke up feeling much better, but I'm going to keep an eye on it.

tashajay you might want to start a thread with something about seizures in the title so you can get advice from the right people. just click on 'start a new thread' on www.mumsnet.com/Talk/general_health Smile

Second Labyrinthitis as a possibility. Having a bad bout of this myself at present. Though mine is definitely worse when I move my head - particuarly tipping it backwards without warning - but certainly the tipsy feeling and the 'waves' is similar.

Glad you feel better today!
