So I need opinions! I have been feeling dreadful for three days now. Achy all over but especially in gland areas. My neck, jaw, ears and back of head are worst. They are stiff and v painful, generally I am knackered and unable to get out of bed. But, but, but am hoping it is just a particularly rank virus with a max strength advil I can lift my head off the pillow and sit up to read. No real fever, no rash, photosensitivity etc. I was on Web MD looking (fool that I Am) and it said if I have trouble swallowing I should go to the doctor. It is really sore to swallow and it feels like I have a golf ball in there but surely this is just part of the sore throat? Does anyone have any ideas? I really don't want to have to schleck out to the doctors if unnecessary. Thanks for reading.
