Not sure what to do. Still got a week to go till they change the dressing so no idea what it all looks like. Incision was on the ball of my foot and I tried the funny shoe thing on tonight - just putting it on makes the scar hurt. I am worried I will make it worse if I use it tomorrow. I can stand on my heel without the shoe with no pain at all so am tempted just to do that. Worried about not moving enough and DVT though. Why is nothing ever straightforward??
