Post birth infection so late on or coil problem?

I had a coil fitted about 10 weeks ago and I've been having pains that feel slightly like period pains or post birth pains. My gp said it wasn't likely to be the coil after all this time. I've been getting discharge but nothing green or smelly (tmi - sorry). I had a light period when the coil was fitted but nothing since. I'm bf and dd is 3 months old. I would be horrified if I were pg and I don't think I am. It's just this dull ache. Anyone had anything similar?

had a coil when DD 8 weeks old.....had 3 months of spotting, bleeding and some cramps and very light periods...after a week or so , i did go back to docs as though i had an infection , but all was clear..bleeding etc was due to the coil..can take up to 3 months or so to settle .

if clear discharge, with no odour....unlikely to be infection...and mirena very effective contraception...so unlikely to be pregnant either!!
