Basically I wobbled on some stairs on Monday. Stopped myself from falling over and at first thought I'd twisted my ankle a little bit and tried to walk it off. As I tried I realised that the knee on the other leg has been injured. I can't put weight on that leg (sensation is weird like its going to give way) and I cannot bend or straighten it without pain and the sensation that something is going to snap in there. There's a little bit of swelling, but not much.
I've been on crutches today and had it raised with ice pack on yesterday and today. It still feels the same.
What do you think I've done to it and should I just keep doing the above or might it need medical attention? We have a walk in clinic nearby that I could go to, or I have docs appointment (not with regards to this) on Friday that I could mention it if no better.
Thanks
