How does this show itself? I haven't been eating any flour )low card diet for weight loss) for about 2 years but recently started again - I've been getting stomach cramps and bloating after eating it. DD has been complaining of tummy ache after meals sometimes - she used to say it was because she ate too much (as if!) but I've noticed that it's only after pizza or pasta.
Could this be some form of food intolerance? Can you develop an intolerance if you cut out a food for a long time? I've also discovered I can't eat Chinese food and assumed it was a reaction to MSG - used to be fine with it.
Any ideas please?
