Hideous wind all day now awful stabbing pains in left side of groin?

Is it just wind?

Am I over thinking this?

Anyone?

Is it just one side? If it's on the right, suspect appendicitis - it can radiate pain into the groin. Also possible that it could be kidney stones - or it really could just be wind, fingers crossed.

If you're really worried call 111, they will assess over the phone and give advice.

If you've literally just started a new diet and exercise routine, it could be a pulled muscle or just wind/digestive disturbance due to more fibre, different foods etc. Still better to call and make sure though, better safe than sorry. I do hope it's nothing serious.

I'm pretty fit anyway so ruled out muscle business but replaced carbs with more veg so I suppose could just be that!!
