Toddler with persistent tummy ache - when should I take it seriously?!

DD1 (aged 3) has been complaining pretty consistently of a tummy ache 'inside'. She continues to eat like a horse (did wonder if it could be a tapeworm!), and has no fever, but looks pretty peaky.

She has reflux on both kidneys and takes prophylactic antibiotics daily, but hasn't had a urinary infection for over 2 years. Her consultant has spotted what looks like a benign cyst on one kidney, and we're waiting for further advice from another consultant, but her current one has said not to worry. Otherwise she's really well.

I don't like bothering the doctor unnecessarily, but am worried that it could be something. DD2 is 9 weeks old, so it could just be attention seeking, but it's been going on for a long time.

Any advice?

Could be threadworm - Check her poo - lovely job!!! They are wriggling small white worms that look like bits of thread (hence the name)
