burning sensation at and slightly above belly button?

For the past few days anytime right after I drink or eat anything i am experiencing a burning sensation from my belly button to slightly above it right at the center of my abdomen. I also have an upset stomach and anytime I swallow today I have the oddest burnt sort of taste in my mouth. I am also very nauseated.

I have a history of GERD, which has been tolerable with Esomeprazole. I also had my stomach flora severely destroyed some months ago following a bad surgery outcome on top of bronchitis (more than 4 rounds of antibiotics). I have been taking Mutaflor to help with this, as well as eating foods rich in probiotics and my Gastro doc seemed satisfied with all of the ways I was treating the situation. I am due to go back to my gastro doc in two weeks for a follow up, but I am a bit worried due to the fact that I also spent an entire year eating ibuprofen practically like it was candy to help prevent the pain I was having from the issue that caused me to have surgery that I am a bit worried i have developed an ulcer.
