Pain in chest with twitches - what could it be?

For the past few days I've been getting chest pains at the top of my ribs. Its got progressively worse tonight and comes with twitches as if they were muscular twitches. I don't think it's bad enough to warrant calling the OOH surgery just yet but was just wondering what it could be. Thanks.

It's wise to get chest pains checked out. Don't worry about wasting people's time, it's best to get checked out. It's probably nothing, maybe stress, gas, but who knows.

Thanks. I might give OOH a call or NHS 111 but i've heard bad reviews about them of recent. I've tried indigestion tablets and that's not shifted it.
