Supplements for toddler for winter

ds is almost 3. I try and get some decent food in him - but is hit or miss sometimes. He's been looking a bit pale and tired since his nice little tan has gone and may be my imagination - but his hair seems thinner.

Is there any supplements I could give him? or food tips for a tired boy at dinner time. (lunch is a packed lunch at nursery - so prefer hot meal at dinner)

I am going to try and give him egg and orange juice for bfast for the iron.

He eats loads of fruit and nuts and milk - but not much veg or meat.

Sounds like he eats fine but you could try giving him a kiddies multi vit as well. Try not to go for ones that have aspartame in them (like sanatagen) or funny colourings. I get ours from a local health shop. The staff in places like that are very informative and offer good advice.
