Am sat here fretting 'cos I've got to have an endoscopy tomorrow and I'm full of cold and already have a sore throat and want to pout a lot and say "it's not fair" to the hospital staff, but I've a feeling they won't be impressed.

Can't get my mind off it. I know it'll only take a few minutes, but it's the tube going down my throat that I can't cope with. I'm such a wuss!

It's not that bad just remember to breathe nice and slow. The hospital staff will understand, I always do in my professional capacity Just explain your worries thats all we ask.

Dotty, I had one an endoscopy a couple of weeks ago. I had sedation and can remember nothing, honest. Have to admit, did have a sore throat for a few days afterwards.

drink lots of whiskey...to help the sore throat I mean

You might have to put a bit of honey an dlemon in it too.
