I had my second EMCS 5 weeks ago and would like to satrt exercising to get rid of my flabby kangaroo pouch belly. I am not fit and v rarely do exercise. I also have a DD (3yrs) and DS (5wks) so would need something that either fits in around them or can do in the evening when DH is home.
Can I go swimming? I read somewhere that it can put too much strain on your scar.
Sorry, as I said I am not really and exercise person so need some help please.
