rash on ds face

ds age 3 has a rash on his face that you would think is slapped cheek but it seems to just come up in the evenings - can see a faint excema type rash during the day then by teatime is really red - not very raised but a bit bumpy!

He had excema when little and I have cream for him still - should I just whack some on and see if it flares up this evening - or should I go to doctors and see if he has slapped cheek - I am 16 weeks pregnant and not great for pg ladies.

Any thoughts? Thanks

iirc Slapped Cheek was pretty much there the whole time , didn't come and go, and it was a flat rash not spots or bumps. Does he have any other rash oin his body or it unwell ?

Thanks - he is fine otherwise - no other rash - have been to parents for week - could be their washing powder.
