ringworm/roundworm?!

DD2 (6) has a cm sized patch on the sole of her foot which is a ring of red dots. Is it a worm virus, can it be caught from horses?
Your wisdom will be appreciated!!

forgot to say, trying to book GP appt but could be days, can she do PE in bar feet?

Ringworm is actually a fungal infection, not a worm - don't know much more about it, but it is catching so wouldn't do bare feet.

Doens't sound like roundworm at all! Those are actual worms, and live in the gut - nothing to do with feet

Could be ring worm, you can get some cream from the pharmasist for a couple of quid (I currently have it on my legs) yes you can catch it from horses/cattle etc
