Periods after baby and confusion

so was a bit undecided where to plots this but decided just in general health.

DS is 7mo I started on cerrelle when he was about 5mo but came off it as I was bleeding non stop and heavy. Since stopping the measly 3weeks worth of cerrelle I've had no period now in about 6weeks. Me and DP have been using condoms but have forgotten once or twice . I've poas and got a negative 14days post unprotected sex and it was negative.

So my question is where is my period? They did return after childbirth I had 2 periods a month apart but since the cerelle nothing

I'm eager to have once because I want my mirena coil fitted.

Did anyone else have periods then they disappeared?

Do you think its worth poas again just to double check?

You don't need a period to get the mirena fitted. I was on the mini pill cerazette and had no periods when I got mine put in. They just need to be sure you aren't pregnant first.

ah thanks. nurse said she'd only do it a week after period but if I can prove I'm not baking a bun again hopefully they will fit one, as hosnestly I hate condoms and they give me thrush if I use them regularly .
