I know it's not the worst health issue in the universe but what the fuck? I get rid of one cold and another starts up. I've been on antibiotics twice. Blood tests normal.

I have an 18 mo DD in nursery so I'm guessing that doesn't help, but seriously, I eat really well, fresh whole foods, 10+ portions of fruit/veg a day, outside lots, active, good weight, not stressed, blah blah. I sleep more or less ok, as well as anyone with a small person. Vitamin D and C and Zinc have not worked. Even the nose squirty thing isn't helping. I used to have a cast-iron immune system! Has anyone else experienced this? Am I doomed until my baby gets older? Wahhh

It's usually a side effect of having small children.

Exercise can help build immunity.

ABs don't cure cold viruses and GPs have been told zillions of times not to give ABs for colds- so unless you had something else they shouldn't give them to you.
