It is hard to say really. He may get it, but then again he may escape it.
I normally wait around 4-5 days before I start to relax about bugs spreading, as if they are going to catch it they would have normally come down with it by then.

I had it last week. I am still breastfeeding and my baby never caught it, even though I was feeding her and being sick in a bowl at the same time, then having to dash to the loo. Hope yrs manage to avoid it

Sorry, didn't mean to worry you, but I caught a vomit bug 4 days after DS had it, so I always feel I cannot relax a little until around day 5!
Your DS may well escape the bug though, so don't worry too much.
My entire family came down with a severe vomit bug last year & I somehow totally escaped it, despite being up to my elbows in vomit drenched sheets, pjs, teddies etc!
