Strange bumps on one side of face and neck anyone else had this?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and for a while i have had these strange bumps like hards spots that start near my ear and spread along my jaw. some are alot bigger they cant be squeezed but seem to be spreading across face. They dont itch but i keep messing with them cos they re wierd. Doctor said it was a skin infection and gave me some cream which has nt done anything so going back tomorro. Has anyone had anything similar? getting v worried

Could they be molluscum contagiosum ? Are they clear like small pearls but firm ? If so it is viral so cream may not work although there are a few remedies MNetters have used to speed the healing process.

Thanks both for your replies I looked on the pages and judging by the description and pic that is what they are. Luckily it does say they go away by themselves after few months. Cheers
