I am also feeling very moody lately, i keep feeling sick at various parts of the day for the last two weeks and since lunch time I have had pains that feel like period pains.

Could my periods be starting already? I did not get them until i stopped breastfeeding my last dd. Dd2 is on 6-7 feeds in 24 hours and does have two small meals a day. I thought your periods just come back after you stop or when you reduce the feeds.

I really hope I am not getting them, with dd keeping my up in the night all i need is periods!!!

Could return of periods also cause feelings of sickness?

have you done a pregnancy test? you dont need to have AF first to get pg as an Af is the end of a cycle not the beginning.

FWIW I am still Bf a 10 mo baby about 6 times a day and often feel sick and get cramps. No AF yet either ( hurrah!) I know I'm not pg thsi time but i was when teh last baby was 10mo!

How are you getting on with teh expressing?

Hello

Expressing - I cant beleive how rubbish I am this time with dd1 I could get 8ozs in 10 mins. This time its more like 2 ozs in 10 mins!!!

I still have cramps today - they feel different to hunger pains. I always have them Since dd1 my appetite increased and luckily so did my metabolism. I reckon breastfeeding helped.
