Does anyone have experience or advice of hypnotherapy to help sort out issues

I am really struggling at the moment and open to try anything - my biggest problems are weight/stress/anxiety.
Just wondering if anyone has undergone hypnotherapy for any of the above.

Many thanks in advance

Not with a one on one therapist though I would try it could I afford it

But regularly with hypnosis CDs, paul McKenna, Louise Hay etc and I do find them helpful

My husband had hypnotherapy as part of counselling to help with problematic drinking - not alcoholism but bingeing. He thinks it worked quite well and he certainly has a much more stable relationship with alcohol.

Thanks for replying, seriously thinking of looking into it, The person I am thinking of seeing offers a free 30 minute consultation to talk it over with them first.

This has good reviews. The good thing about a CD is you can play it daily and as and when you need a top up.

Gave up smoking with one session. Haven't smoked, or even wanted one, since.

Best £50 I have ever spent!
