My daughter (10) has really tight/constricted back muscles

Hi,

Just looking for some advice. My daughter's back is constantly tight and hard and painful for her. I am quite good at getting the knots out but i would like her not to have them in the fist place. Feels a bit odd - i get the same thing when stressed and busy - but she doesnt seem to be other than this (sleeps well, happy temperament etc). Chiroprachtor? Alexander technique? Any ideas?

Thank you!

DD had similar when she had a growth spurt, and a visit to the osteopath sorted her out. The found that the vertebrae in her neck weren't lined up properly and manipulated things. She's been fine since.

Thank you - she has had this a bit since she was very small but it is getting worse and worse. I will look into osteopath.
