I am 23, I have a toddler and an 11 week old who both sleep through (I know, I know it probably won't last long)

But my god I am TIRED, I just woke up from a 2 hour sleep but I'll be going to sleep again soon.

I am wondering if you think theres an underlying issue. My 3 year old goes to nursery 4 days a week full time and I will nap when my 12 week old does, which at the minute is pretty much all day, well it has been, she's just starting becoming more alert in the day. But when I am awake im so, so tired. My muscles sort of ache and I just want to lie down.

Not only that but my libido has GONE, which I know is common in the first weeks of having a baby but ive always had quite a high sex drive but I feel nothing at all. I did with my first from about 6 weeks.

Do you think I should see my GP?

Sounds like you could be anaemic. I would see a doctor. Hope you fell better soon.

Yes, definitely and they can hopefully check for anaemia/thyroid etc.

I'm sorry you are so exhausted - that's tough. I'm also exceedingly jealous your LO sleeps through

Definitely see the GP; it may be you have problems with your thyroid gland causing these symptoms to arise. Blood tests should be done.
