Sore boobs - premenstrual

Hi my friend has asked me to find out about premenstrual sore boobs

She gets very sore boobs about 2 weeks before her period and already takes EP oil - is there anything else out there she could take

She spoke to the practice nurse & got the "put up with it" reply

Any suggestions

I take wellwoman vitamins available from most chemists - they seem to help with alot of the symptoms of PMS. They include EP &
SF oil but also contain other supplements that I think have been helpful.

Thanks I will suggest Starflower oil for her as well as the EP oil (& I will mention the vitamins too)
