Headache on left hand side of my head....For 19 hours now

Has anyone had anything similar? Constant pain above and behind my left ear since yesterday lunchtime, it's much worse when I turn my head to the left. Also have a secondary, not as painful ache radiating up the left side, over temple, to middle of my forehead. I went to bed early last night, and ended up phoning nhs24 at 2am. They told me to take another dose of Cocodamol and some anti inflammatories, which did help me go back to sleep.However I'm now up and it's still painful Anyone else had anything like this?

Are you light sensitive at all? Any other symptoms such as feeling sick to your stomach or shortness of breath or dizziness?

If you are very poorly, if the pain is limiting any activity, I would the NHS OOH again or, if you can wait, then call your GP and get seen this morning.

Not light sensitive, and I've no other symptoms. I think I'm going to go to gp this morning regardless for some stronger painkillers. I'll see what they say, thanks Although I won't be driving down because I can't turn my head
