i feel pregant but have had 2 periods this month on the implanon implant

ever since I got the implant march 2013 I have had a period every month but here lately I feel pregnant. I have really bad headache, moods swings, and even feel like ive gained a few pounds. my belly looks a little bigger than usual and I often feel little movements in my belly that makes me think im pregnant. could I be? can someone give me some advice?
